my mental health is maybe falling apart again. its been kind of just a jenga tower of bad shit where one thing out of place collapses the whole thing. i think maybe i was doing okayish, and then two of my high school classmates killed themselves, and thats fucked up and harrowing. im scared for my other classmates. then also the shockwaves from those things are making people behave differently. people i maybe didnt want to hear from again saying things to me. a lot of very bad old memories being brought up to the surface.
